Does the City intend for proposals to be due on Sunday, March 16, 2025? Date is adjusted to March 20, 2025 at 2 pm |

Are the "N/A" fields on the Bid Form indicators that the City wants vendors to only quote the first year pricing, or should we disregard those and enter prices on the rest of the form? 2nd through 5th year pricing should be a set amount, not per unit after the 1st/initial year. |

Sales and Use Tax (Section 2) |
Should vendors show a sales tax estimate separate from the bid price? Sales tax can be shown with the pricing or on a separate sheet. |

Deliver or Contract Completion Time (Section 7) |
Can the City provide details about the anticipated timeline for award, implementation, and desired deployment schedule? We intend to award the contract at the April 22 City Council Meeting. Implementation and deployment will be dependent on the vendor's ability to provide the product in a timely manner. |
